Many Israeli captives killed in attacks on Gaza: Qassam Brigades

Tehran, IRNA- The Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Palestinian resistance movement, Hamas, in a video message on Sunday reported the killing of a number of Israeli captives in the regime’s attacks and bombing of Gaza over the past weeks.

“The enemy has failed to achieve its goals and was even unable to get the captives released from Gaza. Israeli captives have had an uncertain fate in recent weeks, with many of them being killed, and the responsibility lies squarely with the Zionist regime”, Al-Qassam Brigades Spokesman Abu Ubaida said.

He also said that the enemy's allegations regarding rockets and tunnels in Gaza are “a mockery” and one day we will prove these claims false.

Ubaida also talked about severe blows the Palestinian resistance groups have inflicted on the Zionist regime. “We continue to inflict more severe blows than the October 7”, he referred to the Al-Aqsa Storm operation that Hamas launched in response to decades of Israeli crimes against Palestinians.

“We have no option but to use all our powers to respond to the enemy's killings and crimes against our nation” Ubaida pledged, adding that the Al-Aqsa Storm was an important operation in history that also helped people raise their voice for the freedom of all nations.

Ubaida also highlighted the resistance’s achievements, saying Palestinian fighters were able to destroy about 1,000 armored vehicles and tanks of the Zionist regime during 100 days of the Israeli onslaught on Gaza.

The Qassam spokesman underlined that the Al-Aqsa Storm is the battle of Palestine where people and resistance groups have been fighting together and have forced the invaders to escape from the battle field despite all the equipment and weapons they possess.
