On Friday and during this year’s Hajj pilgrimage, the Iranian pilgrims recited verses from the holy Quran named “Disavowal of pagans” in Mount Arafat in order to show their resentment to polytheists.
Concurrent with the disavowal of pagans ceremony, the pilgrims warned about setting up of the so-called Islamic extremist groups by enemies of the Islamic world.
They emphasized in the resolution that international organizations, in particular the United Nations, are expected to show their compliance with rights, justice and defending oppressed nations in the face of global arrogance.
The pilgrims further underlined that they express their resentment to the United States’ policies and the Zionist regime’s strategy, who pursue divide and rule plot among Muslim nations, stressing the need for Islamic unity.
According to the resolution, the pilgrims embrace scientific progress in the Islamic world and enhancement of the Islamic Republic of Iran’s deterrent power in facing the threats made by the US and the Zionist regime.
