The soldiers were allegedly killed by Taliban insurgents in the province of Ghazni as their military vehicle hit a mine, the Polish Press Agency reported.
The latest attack raised Poland's overall death toll in Afghanistan to 36.
Poland has around 2,600 soldiers based in Afghanistan as part of the NATO-led mission, which it joined in 2002.
More than 530 NATO soldiers have been killed in Afghanistan this year alone.
Warsaw plans to gradually pull out its troops from the war-stricken country by 2014.
