The 30-member economic delegation is scheduled to visit the Iranian capital Tehran and other provinces to hold talks on economic cooperation between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the representatives of the caretaker government in Afghanistan.
The Afghan delegation is expected to become familiar with certain big economic projects in Iran during their stay in the country.
The deputy prime minister of Afghanistan’s interim government is also scheduled to hold talks with some Iranian officials and discuss the expansion of trade and economic cooperation between Tehran and Kabul.
The Afghan official would reportedly ask Iranian authorities to give the green light to public and private investment in Afghanistan.
