Addressing the opening ceremony of the programs of the Iranian Cultural Week in Russia on Tuesday, Lyubimova said that Russia looks forwards to developing relations with Iran because there are a lot of commonalities between Iran and Russia in all fields.
Referring to the Iranian traditional industries presented in the Vodenkha Moscow Exhibition Center, she underlined that many people in Russia are interested in Iranian cinema, jewelry, and carpet.
Pointing to the plans to perform two Persian classical music concerts in Moscow and St. Petersburg on Tuesday and Thursday, she noted said, "I look forward to participating in the Iranian music concerts tonight."
Nineteen Iranian and sixteen Russian musicians will hold two joint performances in the form of the Iranian National Orchestra and the Russian Youth Orchestra in Moscow and St. Petersburg.
Iran Cultural Week in Russia opened in a ceremony attended by Iran's Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance Mohammad Mehdi Esmaeili and his Russian counterpart Olga Lyubimova on Tuesday evening.
