Speaking to IRNA, Hosseini referred to the meeting between businessmen from Muranga in Kenya and officials of Kashan chamber of commerce, saying both sides emphasized maintaining economic cooperation.
He added that the Kenyan delegation also discussed issues of mutual interest with economic agents of Kashan's private sector, which will result in signing contracts in the near future.
Hosseini noted that the delegation expressed interest in cooperation on producing tea and coffee.
They also invited Iranian businessmen to visit Kenya aiming to develop bilateral economic relations.
Some 15 businessmen from Kenya including two lawmakers and exporters of avocado, pineapple, coffee, and tea visited Kashan and Aran-o-Bidgol.
