The Bahraini government's welcome for the fake Zionist regime's foreign minister is a clear betrayal of the aspirations of the oppressed and resilient Palestinian people, Amirabdollahian wrote in his Twitter account on Friday.
We only know one country called Palestine and its capital is Holy Quds, he added.
Undoubtedly, Tel Aviv will only bring about insecurity for Bahrain and the region, he noted.
Earlier, Foreign Ministry Spokesman Saeed Khatibzadeh has deplored the Zionist Regime Foreign Minister's Thursday visit to Bahrain.
Criticizing Bahraini officials' move to welcome the Israeli regime's Foreign Minister in Manama, he said that the regime's presence is the source of tensions and insecurity in the region.
“It is unfortunate that Bahrain’s rulers ignore the Zionist regime’s daily crimes against the oppressed but resilient people of Palestine,” he added.
"This stain will not be erased from the reputation of Bahrain's rulers. The people of the region will continue to oppose the process of normalization of ties with the Zionist regime," the Iranian diplomat further said.
