Tehran, Feb 23, IRNA - President Hassan Rouhani on Tuesday said that Iran does not consider defense power as an expansionistic tool.
Iran's defense doctrine is based on Islamic principles and moral values, he said, adding that some states resort to the military and defense power to dominate the world.
A comprehensive scientific, defense and security document should be drafted in a way to advance Iran's armed forces on the path to bolstering defense power.
