Addressing the first national conference on defense-security architecture, Major General Yahya Rahim-Safavi said on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the Islamic Revolution, the US together with Israel has started a hybrid warfare against Iran and the Islamic Revolution.
He said the US and the Zionist regime of Israel taking advantage of media promoted hype as regard Iran's expenses for regional penetration and also its missile program to distract the public opinion.
He added that they are after changing the behavior of governments, organizations and effective groups on active government.
Elsewhere in his remarks, Zarif referred to seditions in 2009 and 2017-2018 as the apex of the US psychological operations against Iran.
Promoting the geopolitical, geostrategic weight and the cultural power of the Islamic Republic of Iran for defeating the US strategy in the region namely its Greater Middle East plan and toppling the Syrian government, supporting the Resistance Axis and also developing Iran's strategic relations with the US rivals like Russia and China are one of the most important defense-security strategies taken by Iran, he noted.
Elsewhere in his remarks, Safavi referred to investment in border areas with 15 neighboring countries and focusing on exploitation of natural, mineral, water and energy resources.
Commenting on the penetration of the arrogance in movement and leading them towards color revolution, he said the Global Arrogance usually relies on a small professional provoker group to penetrate movements.
