Criticizing some Iranian importers of low output turbines, he said in an interview with IRNA that presently the MAP-2B large turbines’ output is only 3% lower than the Class F turbines produced by world famous brands.
The MAPNA managing director said that his affiliated industrial group’s newly presented MGT-30 turbine for Iranian and foreign clients can be used in gas operated turbo compressors.
Referring to MAPNA’s capability of producing larger or smaller sizes of such turbines, he said that the volume and weight of them are satisfactory and they can be used in air and naval industries.
Aliabadi said that MAPNA’s survey, research and development activities includes close ties with the country’s technical universities, cooperation with the major world companies, expansion of the sales markets inside the country and abroad, and job creation, all of which have been in mind in production of the MGT-30 turbines.
