In a statement released on Monday, the embassy expressed sorrow over the loss of life and material damage caused by the floods in some cities and residential areas in the Republic of Armenia.
On Sunday, several Armenian cities were affected as a result of floods in Armenia’s northern Lori and Tavush provinces, which left several local settlements under water and washed away roads and bridges.
