The investment has been made in the oil and gas sectors, Mehdi Safari said at an economic gathering in Tehran on Wednesday.
Safari referred to the issue of exports as an important move to raise foreign exchange.
At his remarks, the diplomat pointed to the willing of Russia, India and the Persian Gulf littoral states to invest in the International North-South Transport Corridor (INSTC) which passes Iran’s strategic region of Chabahar in south of the country and Bandar Abbas in the same location.
Further, he said the current Iranian government has prioritized establishment of relations with the neighboring countries, African states, Latin American nations, China, Russia and India.
