He added that the Chinese side reaffirmed respect for Iran's territorial integrity and considered the relations between the two countries strategically and they also termed the 25-year plan in the West Asian region that has only been inked with Iran as a sign of the mentioned ties.
Earlier, Iran’s President Ebrahim Raisi in a meeting with the Deputy Prime Minister of China Hu Chunhua said that some stances raised during the recent visit of the Chinese President to the region had caused dissatisfaction among the Iranian nation and the government, and Iran seriously demands compensation for these positions.
China has always respected the national sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Hu Chunhua said, adding that China supports Iran's efforts to secure its fundamental interests.
