Speaking with Palestine Al-Youm news agency, the Lebanese analyst on Monday said that the Arab countries, which have allied with the Zionist regime, have already shown their inability to face different situations.
Khalil Nasrallah told the Palestinian news agency that security coordination may increase between the Zionist regime and certain Arab countries in the future, where the regime might benefit from early warning systems.
But, he added, direct interference by these Arab states and the opening up of their airspaces to Israeli fighter jets would have devastating and catastrophic results.
The analyst also spoke about the latest remarks by Israeli Chief of Staff Aviv Kochavi who had said that the regime’s main focus is currently preparations against Iran over its nuclear energy program.
Nasrallah said that Kochavi’s remarks are a political move aimed at encouraging more countries to join an anti-Iran coalition.
Should the Zionist regime be capable of conducting a military attack on Iran, it cannot disrupt the Iranian nuclear program, and that is what Israeli experts have repeatedly admitted, he noted.
The analyst said that Israel needs the US green light and support in order to launch an attack on Iran, something that Washington currently lacks. Therefore, remarks by Israeli officials are aimed at certain political and propaganda goals.
He also said that it is very unlikely the Zionist regime is allowed to act unilaterally in this regard.
Nasrallah’s interview comes as the Zionist regime is working with Arab countries in West Asia to form a coalition against Iran to confront what Tel Aviv calls Iran’s threats.
The Zionist regime accuses Iran of seeking a nuclear bomb, despite repeated assertion by the Islamic Republic that its nuclear program is only for peaceful purposes.
Iran says that nukes have no place in its defense doctrine, and it is opposed to possessing and using them due to its religious values.
The Islamic Republic has time and again said that its military might is only for self-defense.
Iran says that it will not be the first party to launch an attack, but anyone daring to conduct an act of aggression against Iranian soil will be regretful and receive a crushing and firm response.
