Iran on Wednesday stressed the need for the formation of an inclusive government in Afghanistan as Tehran hosted a meeting of Afghanistan’s neighbors plus Russia aimed at coordinating efforts to restore peace and stability to the war-ravaged country.

-- Deputy FM holds ‘serious, constructive’ talks with EU

Iran’s Deputy Foreign Minister Ali Baqeri Kani said on Wednesday that he had “a very serious and constructive dialogue” with Enrique Mora, the European Union’s political director, in Brussels on the resumption of discussions to revive the 2015 nuclear deal between Iran and world powers.

Iran’s president said Wednesday that a cyberattack which paralyzed every gas station in the Islamic Republic was designed to get “people angry by creating disorder and disruption”.

Iran is ready to hold talks with European parties to a 2015 nuclear pact, Press TV quoted an unnamed source as saying on Wednesday, while the country’s top nuclear negotiator is in Brussels to discuss a resumption of stalled nuclear talks.
