General Baqeri made the remarks at a ceremony held in Tehran on Sunday to introduce newly-appointed Minster of Defense Brigadier General Mohammad Reza Qaraei Ashtiani.
At his remarks, Baqeri appreciated efforts made by the former minister; and expressed hope that the new minister would take step on way to success.
Earlier, former minister of defense Brigadier General Amir Hatami spoke at his farewell ceremony and said Iran today has good ties in defense exports with over 42 countries.
"Our drones are welcomed by other countries."
