Heshmatullah Falahatpisheh, in an interview with IRNA's political correspondent on the media effort of some countries to swing referrence from al-Ahwazieh, supported by the Saudi regime, to ISIL in the Ahwaz terrorist attack, stated, “The reality is that people know who and which country is to blame for this terrorist attack.”
He noted that the terrorist groups that carry out these actions against the Iranian people have a broad-based, ideological and financial connection with the Saudi regime.
The head of the National Security and Foreign Policy Committee, recalling that in Ahvaz's terrorist attack, various ethnic groups were under fire, emphasized that the difference between groups such as al-Ahwazieh and other groups that may have different claims is that for them Arabs, Lor and Fars, Kurds and Baluchis are no different.
Falahatpisheh said this feature is specific to groups attached to Saudi Arabia, saying, “It does not matter to whom they are attacking.”
