Among the aims of the festival mention can be made of: overall defense of Iran’s territorial integrity, safeguarding the ancient Persian Gulf identity, and effective influence in the world arena through the power of culture and rich Iranian art.
Other targets of the festival are attraction of the vigilant conscience of the world towards ancient Persian identity of the Persian Gulf, the three islands and peace in the region, proving legitimacy of the Iranian people and system in safeguarding territorial integrity, and boosting the Iranian-Islamic spirit of fellow countrymen.
Also, the participants in the festival can focus their topics on issues such as the Persian Gulf, the three Iranian islands (the Greater and the Lesser Tonbs, and Abu Musa), the Persian Gulf the waterway of peace, peace for the Middle East and Persian Gulf security.
