Kermanshah, IRNA – Secretary-general of Kermanshah Commerce Chamber said that they had decided to increase interaction and cooperation with Malaysia on various business areas.

Kermanshah has a population of two million people and enjoys many mines and industries, Dariush Panahi said in a meeting attended by Kermanshah Province business agents and Malaysian Palm Oil Board (MPOB).

Panahi also said that the Province's industry included steel, dairy, cement, tile, edible oils, and petrochemical products, as well as various agricultural products.

MPOB CEO Hisamuddin Mohamad Aspar said that Malaysia imports many agricultural and petrochemical products from Iran and the country's refineries used to work based on Iran's oil in the past.
