According to ICC journal, the complaint was aimed to have access to full list of the ICC members as well as their contact information.
As the ICC statement suggests, it seems that the ICC is not able to release more information or details as regard four oppositions’ purpose.
According to information available ICC proceedings and the statement released on Saturday night, the Board of Directors believe that based on ICC’s statute, personal information of the members should be confidential.
The four oppositions have claimed that based on trade firms’ regulations, they should have access to information of ICC members without their permission.
After receiving negative response from ICC, they filed complaint to Ontario Court of Justice.

As per ICC journal, Shahram Tabe Mohammadi was one of those who had earlier threatened ICC members to complaint.
In Tabe Mohammadi’s program in Toronto University in 2017, Irwin Cotler, counselor at United Against Nuclear Iran was the main lecturer.
In the wake of disclosure of Marjan Sheikholeslami Aleagha corruption case, the Iranian-Canadian signed a petition and issued it to the ICC and called for investigating the case.
But Tabe Mohammadi presenting no evidence claimed that those who called for investigating Mahmoud Reza Khavari is former chief of Melli Bank of Iran and Aleagha cases are affiliated with Intelligence Organization of the Islamic Revolution Guard Corps.
