The West Asia three-on-three games began in Lebanese capital, Beirut, on Thursday.
The Iranian female team in its first game beat the host team, but lost in the second versus Syria.
The Iranian sportswomen won the following games with Iraqi and Lebanese teams. In the final showdown, the team ranked the first in the West Asia winning the quota for Asia championships.
Tina Issaian, Saideh Ali, Mojgan Khodadadi and Masoumeh Esmailzade were the three female members of the Iranian team.
Iran's male team is also taking part in the games.
