According to Elnashra newspaper, Hezbollah fighters continued the anti-Israel attacks on Thursday morning.
Hezbollah issued a statement, announcing that in line with the support for the steadfast Palestinians in Gaza and in assisting the brave resistance fighters there, the Lebanese resistance targeted a gathering of the Israeli armed forces in eastern areas of the al-Abad military site near the border with Lebanon around 11 p.m. local time.
On Wednesday night, Hezbollah fighters also targeted Zabedin, Hanita, and Roysat Alam with missiles, and they succeeded in forcing an Israeli drone to retreat from the airspace of Lebanon’s border.
Hezbollah started the ongoing clashes with the Israeli regime only one day after the onset of the onslaught on Gaza in a bid to engage the occupying forces in the northern borders of Palestine and reduce the pressure on the Palestinian resistance movement in the besieged strip.
Secretary General of Lebanon's Hezbollah Resistance Movement, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah on Wednesday night reiterated support for the people of Gaza with prayers and military and financial aid. He also criticized US President Joe Biden for failing to stop the Israeli genocidal war on the besieged Palestinian territory.
Nasrallah, during his speech on the occasion of the beginning of the holy month of Ramadan, raised the question of who believes that Biden can't stop the war in Gaza, according to Lebanon's Al-Ahed news site.
