The chief executive officer of the Refinery Mohammad Ali Dadvar announced in October, 2018, that the third phase of the PGSR would completely become operational by the yearend.
At the ceremony this morning, Dadvar said that the capacity of refinery's production of gasoline would reach daily 45 million from 31 million liters which was the previous capacity before the third phase became operational.
The Persian Gulf Star Refinery, known as Bandar Abbas Gas Condensate Refinery, with a daily processing capacity of 360,000 barrels of gas condensate, is aimed at producing gasoline, gas oil, gas condensate and jet fuel after being fully inaugurated.
