Addressing the closing ceremony of the second mourning ritual of Ta'ziyeh in Jam city of Bushehr Province on Thursday, Amiri said, 'Visual arts, musical, phonetic and theater arts in particular, have similar appearances in human arts, but the art of Ta'ziyeh is the only art that is unique to Iranians and reflects their affection to Ahl al-Bayt (AS).'
He stated that the art of Ta'zieh is connected with people and always moves alongside the people.
He noted, 'One of the evidences of Iranians' link with Ahl al-Bayt (AS) (the infallible household of Holy Prophet of Islam Hazrat Mohammad (PBUH)) is the art of Ta'ziyeh that reaches its climax in the lunar months of Muharram and Safar.'
