Colonization of Gaza based on extermination is unacceptable: President Maduro

Tehran, IRNA - Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro has said that colonization of Gaza by the Zionist regime which is based on "the extermination of the Arab Palestinian people, murder, crime, and famine" is unacceptable.

During his program “With Maduro+” on Tuesday, the Venezuelan President said that the Zionist regime is forcing the Palestinians to migrate due to hunger because they are not allowed to import any products.

Referring to the plans that the Zionist regime follows in the Gaza Enclave, Maduro described the regime’s plans to destroy the entire Gaza with violent and forced colonization as genocide.

President Maduro reiterated his support for the International Court of Justice (ICJ) acts to halt Israeli attacks on Gaza and rejected the genocide committed by the Israeli regime against the Gaza population.

He added that all the world's governments hope to stop the genocide, forced migration, and looting the Palestinian people by the Zionist regime.

South Africa brought the genocide case before the ICJ, based in The Hague, the Netherlands, in January 2024. Later in the month, the top UN court ordered the occupying regime to stop its genocide in Gaza, among several measures.
