The Friday mine blast in Turkey left 40 miners dead and 11 others injured, official reports say, adding that some 15 miners are still trapped under the rubble.
Sympathizing with the families of the victims, the Iranian foreign ministry spokesman prayed for the victims to rest in peace and wished speedy recovery for those killed in the incident.
