Tehran, Feb 10, IRNA - Iran's parliament Speaker Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf said on Wednesday upon his arrival in Tehran after a 3-day trip to Moscow that preliminary works for Iran’s permanent membership in EAEU would start in two weeks, as Tehran has started talks to do so.
