New York, IRNA – Iran’s Permanent Representative and Ambassador to the United Nations in New York Amir Saied Iravani has reiterated his country’s call for the removal of US sanctions against Syria, saying that Washington uses the unilateral measures as a tool for the collective punishment of the Syrian people.
