Tehran, IRNA - The Izz al-Din Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Palestinian resistance movement Hamas, has announced the capture of a senior Israeli military commander who has remained in captivity amid Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s refusal to reach a deal with Hamas to release captives in Gaza.
