Tehran, IRNA – A senior Iranian lawmaker has warned that the Islamic Republic might be compelled to withdraw from the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) Safeguards Agreement if the West persists with its policy of pressure and “oppressive sanctions” against the country.
