Tehran, IRNA - Deputy Commander of the IRGC for Coordination General Mohammad Reza Naqdi has stated that the Islamic Republic of Iran plans to file a lawsuit against the United States on November 3 for failing to comply with the Algiers Treaty regarding the return of Iran's assets.
