Mashhad, IRNA – Iran’s northeastern city of Mashhad has officially become a member of the League of Historical Cities (LHC), bringing the number of Iranian cities in this international organization to 12, according to Mashhad’s mayor, Mohammadreza Qalandar Sharif.
