Tehran, IRNA – Head of Iran Center for e-Commerce Development Amin Kolahdouzan has said that the Islamic Republic and other member states of the Cross-border Paperless Trade in Asia and the Pacific (CPTA) enjoy the proper capacities to expand trade ties.
