Tehran, IRNA - Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi has left Zimbabwean capital Harare for Tehran after wrapping up his trip to three African nations, where Iranians and their counterparts signed 21 cooperation documents.

President Raisi wrapped up his regional tour to three African countries, which was carried out at the official invitation by his counterparts from Kenya, Uganda, and Zimbabwe.

Thursday afternoon the Iranian president was seen off by his Zimbabwean counterpart, when he left Harare for Tehran.

During the three-leg tour, the President Raisi held talks with the presidents of Kenya, Uganda and Zimbabwe, and then, he also met with some tradesmen, as well as academic figures.

Some 21 cooperation documents were signed between high-ranking Iranian officials and their counterparts in Kenya, Uganda, and Zimbabwe in line with the Islamic Republic of Iran’s foreign policy of enhancing ties with amicable and like-minded nations.
