Tehran, Jan 23, IRNA - Iran is not keen "yet" to hold direct talks with new US administration because Tehran is of the opinion that the 2015 nuclear deal has a proper framework and negotiations should be held within this framework, Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has said.
