Tehran, IRNA – The spokesman of Iran's water industry, Issa Bozorgzadeh, has said that the unilateral use of the Harirud River constitutes a violation of customary rights, noting that the construction of Pashdan Dam by the Afghan side will not only impact the drinking water supply and health of millions of people, but it will also result in significant harm to the downstream environment.
