Tehran, Feb 24, IRNA – President Hassan Rouhani said on Wednesday that closing the file of the possible military dimensions (PMD) of nuclear activities in the context of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action was the greatest blow to the propaganda of ill-wishers challenging Iran's civilian nuclear program.
