Tehran, IRNA - Speaker of the Turkish parliament congratulated the 43rd anniversary of the victory of the Islamic Revolution to his Iranian counterpart Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, and expressed hope that the relations between the two neighbors will be strengthened through bilateral efforts and joint contacts.
