Inauguration of Mustafa Prize in central Iran
The 5th edition of the Mustafa Prize was inaugurated in a ceremony attended by Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi in the central city of Isfahan on September 30, 2023. The prestigious biennial event, often referred to as the “Muslim Nobel”, recognizes scientific excellence in Iran and other Muslim nations. Tehran, IRNA – Head of Mustafa (pbuh) Prize scientific working group Ali Akbar Salehi has announced that the 2023 Mustafa (pbuh) prize will be jointly granted to Prof. Ahmed E. Hassan for Egypt and Prof. Omid C. Farokhzad from Iran.
