Millions of Muslims from across the world are converging on Iraq’s holy city of Karbala to commemorate Arbaeen which marks 40 days after the martyrdom anniversary of the third Shia imam, Imam Hossein (AS), the grandson of the Prophet Muhammad. Pilgrims use different Iraqi routes to reach Karbala where Imam Hossein’s holy shrine is located. Some of them take Kadhimiya-Karbala route. (IRNA photos, Ali Abak)

Iran’s oil output unchanged at 2.65mn bpd in March
