Tehran, Feb 3, IRNA - Spokesman of Ministry of Foreign Affairs Saeed Khatibzadeh said on Wednesday that the International Court of Justice had issued a decision in the case of violations of the 1955 Treaty of Amity in The Hague, saying that the Court rejected preliminary US objections and considered itself competent to investigate the lawsuit against the US government and thus the case would enter into substantive proceedings.
