    Miandoab gardeners harvest grape bunches in autumn and turn them into raisins in traditional ways. In this method, the grape bunches are first connected with 2-3 meter long ropes, and after being placed in a special liquid called Aqua regia, they hang it.

    It is time for making raisin in western Iranian province of Kurdistan as depicted in photos taken on September 12, 2023. Villages of Kurdistan produce 200 metric tons of golden raisins per year using a traditional method known as Bulav.
