Tehran, IRNA – Iran’s Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance, Mohammad-Mehdi Esmaili, took part in a ceremony held in Mauritania to introduce the Mauritanian capital, Nouakchott, as the Culture Capital in the Islamic World for 2023.
