The National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) and domestic contractors signed contracts, worth $13 billion, to develop upstream projects at six oil fields namely Azadegan, Azar 2, Soumar, Saman, Delavaran and Masjed-Soleiman. First Vice-president Mohammad Mokhber, Oil Minister Javad Owji and NIOC Managing Director Mohsen Khojasteh attended the signing ceremony held on Sunday morning.
