Tehran, IRNA – Head of Isfahan Province Elites Foundation has said that 150 Muslim scientists will participate in the 5th Mustafa (PBUH) Prize which is supposed to be held in Iran's central city of Isfahan.

Hossein Rabbani said that the Mustafa (PBUH) Prize is to host famous artificial intelligence scientists for the first time, the IRNA reported on Sunday.

We invited a number of scientists specializing in artificial intelligence and have even invited relevant and reliable artificial intelligence companies in the world and the Islamic world as well, he added.

The 9th round of the science and technology exchange program (STEP) will also be held alongside the Mustafa (PBUH) Prize.

The award is aimed at honoring the best Muslim scientists.

In order to appreciate prominent scientists and provide the ground for scientific cooperation and development worldwide, the Mustafa Prize was established in 2012 as a symbol of scientific excellence at the international level.

The 2023 Mustafa (PBUH) Prize is scheduled to be held from September 28 to October 4.
