Tehran, IRNA – Iran’s Expediency Council chairman Sadeq Amoli Larijani condemned the terrorist suicide bombing in a Shiite mosque in Kunduz, Afghanistan, assuring that such moves wouldn’t disturb Muslim unity.

The bitter incident at Khanabad district mosque in Kunduz Province which led to the death and injury of a large number of Muslim prayers broke the hearts of free people, Shiite and the faithful in particular, Ayatollah Larijani said in a message on Sunday.

He added that the dominant countries that contributed to the formation of Takfiri movements are now silent, as though human rights belong only to the oppressor dominance-seekers.

We firmly announce that such blind moves won’t disturb the unity of Muslims, he underlined, condemning the attack.

An ISIS suicide bomber on Friday attacked a Shiite mosque in Kunduz, killing 150 worshipers and wounding at least 200 people.
