Tehran, IRNA – Deputy Minister of Justice for human rights and international affairs said Iran and Turkey have reached an agreement for establishing an international trade mediation and arbitration center.

Mahmoud Abbasi in an online meeting with his Turkish counterpart agreed on establishing the center for arbitration and mediation in commercial matters and signing a contract for the return of property earned through crime.

Both sides also discussed solutions for prisoner swap based on bilateral agreements.

They agreed to extradite about 20 Iranian convicts from Turkey and 5 Turkish ones from Iran.

Meanwhile, the Turkish official referred to brotherly and historical relations between Iran and Turkey, expressing Turkey's readiness for solving prisoners’ problems.
