Mohammad Mokhber was appointed as First Vice President by Iran’s President Ebrahim Raisi this week and North Korea’s Prime Minister congratulated him in a message on Thursday.
Tok-Hun welcomed the expansion of ties with Iran and expressed hope to boost cooperation between North Korea and Iran in different sections.
He also wished success for the new Iranian First Vice President.
