Siraf Pars port is the second largest gas export terminal of productions of South Pars field that was built with $350 million investment. The port has been built in an area of 360 hectares with the goal of loading and exporting liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), as well as storing and exporting sulfur produced by Pars 2 refinery in the Kangan area, Bushehr Province.
With full operation of this export and service port, all sulfur and liquid gas products of Pars 2 refineries will be loaded and exported to the target markets; also, with connection of Kangan Petro Refining Company project to the port, it is possible for this petrochemical center to export its liquefied natural gas.
The port is located in the southwestern province of Bushehr. It has two wharfs dedicated to exports of LPG and sulfur.
