The election of the president and secretary-general of the Asia-Pacific Deaf Confederation was held at the end of the 12th Congress of the Confederation hosted by Kish Island with the presence of 25 representatives from the continent.
Representatives from 9 states participated in person and 16 countries took part online in the elections.
Mohammad Pargar was elected as the president of APDSC for a second consecutive period.
